PRESIDENT
Rabbi Vogel has been the spiritual leader of Temple Aliyah in Woodland Hills since 1993. Honored in 2000 as Rabbi of the Year by the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, Rabbi Vogel is the former chairman of the Joint Placement Commission for the placement of Conservative Rabbis in North America.

Prior to assuming his position with the Board of Rabbis in August 2000, Rabbi Diamond served congregations in metropolitan San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia and New York, and founded and coordinated AOL's "Ask a Rabbi." He is a fellow of the Rabbinic Leadership Initiative of the Shalom Hartman Institute and a past chairman of the Los Angeles Council of Religious Leaders.
